Declutter Your Mind - Brain Dump Worksheet

The simple technique of 'brain dumping' allows you to reduce the mental chatter, clear your thoughts, focus and put things into perspective.

All you need to do is simply grab a pen and paper, and just start jotting down all your thoughts, without limitations, for 5 – 10 minutes. Give yourself permission and time to get things out of your head and down on paper. Once you have all your thoughts written down, then you can start organizing them into to-do lists, priorities or anything else that comes to mind.

You can do it daily or weekly, as you see best for yourself! There is no right time to do this exercise, we like to do it either just before bed or first thing in the morning, as it’s a great way to get clarity and focus on the day ahead.
