Many people come to yoga to heal. I would say the healing is usually for a physical injury but sometimes it can be an emotional one too. For me it happened to be the latter. After going through a lot of changes in life like we all do on a regular basis I developed anxiety because I didn't know how to process my feelings, and felt guilty for having them.

We almost wonder how the first half of the year flew by, and only to find ourselves already planning our summer vacations. With a couple of interesting trips coming up, be it from yoga retreats, to beach destination getaways, it’s always a good idea to think of ways to stay healthy, and active while traveling, and at the same time enjoy every moment without worrying about what to eat and how to fit in that exercise routine!

The past 12-months has been a journey filled with so much excitement, love, happiness, tears, possibilities, challenges, opportunities and of course, fun and adventure! And so, we are really looking forward to seeing what 2018 has in store for us, both personally and professionally!

Well Hello, December!

The month of seasons changing, of snow flakes falling (in some countries at least), of hot chocolate and marshmallow drinks, of families and friends gathering and let’s not forget, the month of feasting!
