Right now, intermittent fasting for weight loss has become one of the latest diet trends, yet despite its current popularity, the concept of fasting has been used for thousands of years for various purposes.
Many people come to yoga to heal. I would say the healing is usually for a physical injury but sometimes it can be an emotional one too. For me it happened to be the latter. After going through a lot of changes in life like we all do on a regular basis I developed anxiety because I didn't know how to process my feelings, and felt guilty for having them.
Hello Heat…Hello Summer!
We almost wonder how the first half of the year flew by, and only to find ourselves already planning our summer vacations. With a couple of interesting trips coming up, be it from yoga retreats, to beach destination getaways, it’s always a good idea to think of ways to stay healthy, and active while traveling, and at the same time enjoy every moment without worrying about what to eat and how to fit in that exercise routine!

Well Hello, December!
The month of seasons changing, of snow flakes falling (in some countries at least), of hot chocolate and marshmallow drinks, of families and friends gathering and let’s not forget, the month of feasting!
As we move forward towards the end of this year, most of us will start the celebrations even before the actual celebrations…From festivities here and there, to office and year-end parties, to enjoying the holidays and finding any excuse to just be happier!
During our latest workshop, we asked those who attended what comes to mind when they hear the word “DIET” and this is a few of the words that came up:
